Adults who have tried at least two antidepressants without sufficient relief (treatment-resistant depression), or adults with major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation. A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is required to determine eligibility.
Spravato is covered by Medicare Part B, Medicaid (in most states), BCBS, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and most major commercial plans when prior authorization is approved. We handle the prior auth process for you. Coverage varies by plan.
