We are in-network with Medicare and with UnitedHealthcare / Optum Behavioral Health. Anthem BCBS through Carelon, Aetna, and Nevada Medicaid are pending. For other plans we provide a detailed superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and we verify your coverage at no charge before your first visit.
TennCare (Tennessee Medicaid) covers telehealth psychiatric services, though we are not currently in-network with Medicaid in this state. Self-pay pricing and sliding-scale options are available.
Common plans in Tennessee include BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna. Where we are out of network we provide detailed superbills for possible reimbursement, plus a self-pay discount with sliding-scale options. Coverage is verified before your first visit.
Medicare Part B covers telehealth psychiatric services with no geographic restriction, at the same rates as in-person care. Medicare Advantage PPO members can be seen out of network.
