Family1st Integrated Therapy & Wellness is in-network with Medicare. We are currently out-of-network with all other insurance plans, though we are actively in the process of credentialing with major commercial carriers. In the meantime, we provide a detailed superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and we offer a generous self-pay discount with sliding-scale options to keep care accessible. We verify your coverage at no charge before your first visit.
