Family1st Integrated Therapy & Wellness is in-network with Medicare and UnitedHealthcare / Optum Behavioral Health. Anthem BCBS through Carelon, Aetna, and Nevada Medicaid are pending. For other plans we provide a detailed superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and we offer a generous self-pay discount with sliding-scale options to keep care accessible. We verify your coverage at no charge before your first visit.
