We are in-network with Medicare and with UnitedHealthcare / Optum Behavioral Health. Anthem BCBS through Carelon, Aetna, and Nevada Medicaid are pending. For other plans we provide a detailed superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and we verify your coverage at no charge before your first visit.
Oregon Health Plan (OHP) covers telehealth psychiatric services, though we are not currently in-network with Medicaid in this state. Self-pay pricing and sliding-scale options are available.
Common plans in Oregon include Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Moda Health, PacificSource, Providence Health Plan, Kaiser Permanente. Where we are out of network we provide detailed superbills for possible reimbursement, plus a self-pay discount with sliding-scale options. Coverage is verified before your first visit.
Medicare Part B covers telehealth psychiatric services with no geographic restriction, at the same rates as in-person care. Medicare Advantage PPO members can be seen out of network.

Outside the Willamette Valley, Oregon is one of the harder states in the country to find a psychiatric prescriber. Eastern Oregon, the southern coast, and the high desert counties have very few, and winter weather across the Coast Range and the Cascades makes a fixed appointment in Portland or Eugene something patients miss rather than keep.
Telehealth keeps treatment continuous through the months when travel is least reliable, which matters most for the conditions that worsen in winter. Oregon Health Plan members should ask about current network status during the free consultation.
