We are in-network with Medicare and with UnitedHealthcare / Optum Behavioral Health. Anthem BCBS through Carelon, Aetna, and Nevada Medicaid are pending. For other plans we provide a detailed superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and we verify your coverage at no charge before your first visit.

Medicare Part B covers telehealth psychiatric services with no geographic restriction, at the same rates as in-person care. Medicare Advantage PPO members can be seen out of network.

Nevada carries the highest rate of problem gambling in the United States, and the clinical picture has changed since sports betting moved onto phones. In-play wagering turns a single game into hundreds of separate bets, deposits clear instantly, and the two things that used to slow gambling down - travel and closing time - are gone. Outside Clark and Washoe counties the state is also very rural, and towns like Elko and Ely have no psychiatric prescriber at all.
Gambling disorder is treated here as the recognized medical condition it is, alongside the depression, anxiety, ADHD, or substance use that so often sits underneath it. Las Vegas and Henderson patients can be seen in person; everyone else in Nevada is seen by telehealth. Spravato and Botox PREEMPT require an in-person visit in the Las Vegas area.
